Job Duty of Quality Supervisor QC Review inspection reports and data on any quality deviations, and when necessary, set up meetings with the production line to discuss corrective actions Work closely with the production line to address quality issues e.g., incoming quality variances, semi-finished product problems Upon receiving a quality issue, conduct a quality improvement meeting with the production line to identify the root cause and define corrective actions Prepare and distribute monthly quality performance reports Conduct monthly review meetings with the production line QA Lead QA team members in implementing QA processes on target production lines When colleagues encounter issues on the production line, identify and implement appropriate corrective actions Review and audit QA data; in cases of high deviation, collaborate with the production line to improve QA processes During monthly QA review meetings, provide guidance to the production line on key problem areas and work to improve work-in-progress (WIP) quality Collaborate with the Engineering Team to solve production issues Administration Organize team manpower and establish a weekly inspection schedule Process monthly administrative documents for team members Yêu Cầu Công Việc JOB REQUIREMENT Higher Diploma or above in manufacturing relative field is preferred Eyewear industry experience is advantage Minimum of 5 years experience in quality- related field Willing to work across different factories on a daily basis Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies Committed and able to work effectively under pressure Work location: Based in Hanoi, with some travel required between Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City Willingness to travel domestically and within Southeast Asia as needed Fluent English is preferred Fluent Mandarin is preferred Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required Immediate availability is highly preferred Submission of a resume in English is required Thông tin khác Bằng cấp : Đại học Hình thức : Nhân viên chính thức Độ tuổi : Không giới hạn tuổi Phúc lợi : Medical insurance 12 month salaries Lương : Cạnh tranh Gợi ý hồ sơ Thiết kế CV Ứng Tuyển Chia sẻ việc làm này: Job tags skills QAQC Supervisor Quality Control Supervisor Quality Assurance Supervisor QA Supervisor QC Supervisor Gửi tôi việc làm tương tự Báo xấu NỘP ĐƠN ỨNG TUYỂN Ứng viên nộp đơn cho công việc này thường nộp: Giới thiệu về công ty Global Manufacturing Company HR Department We are one of the worlds largest manufacturers and distributors of fashion designer eyewear and sun wear.
