Business Title: Manufacturing Excellences Manager Work Location: VSIP 1 - BÌNH DƯƠNG BASIC FUNCTION OF THE JOB: - Lead Automation Programs (35), reducing manual dependency and increasing productivity; - Drive Innovation and Digitalization (35) to strengthen data visibility and technology adoption; - Enhance Industrial Engineering (20) through improved process flow, layout efficiency, and cycle-time optimization; - Provide Project Management (10) for structured cross-functional execution. Automation Development Develop and execute the automation roadmap from manual to full automation. Drive automation across grinding, polishing, coating, inspection, and material handling. Assess processes and build ROI-based automation proposals. Co-develop scalable automation solutions with Engineering Production. Lead end-to-end automation projects from concept to stabilization. Manage integrators and vendors to ensure safety, quality, and operational fit. Track post-deployment performance to deliver productivity and quality gains. Innovation, Digitalization Industry 4.0 Build and execute a manufacturing digitalization strategy aligned with Coherent global. Introduce and scale technologies such as: MES traceability systems, Real-time production dashboards, Automated data collection, AI-based inspection or process monitoring, Predictive maintenance for key optics equipment. Pilot new digitalautomation solutions and scale successful initiatives. Production Industrial Engineering Optimize manual, semi-automated, and automated processes to improve productivity, quality, and repeatability. Maintain Standard Work, time studies, line balancing, and capacity models for stable operations and scaling. Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and improve cycle time, yield, layout, and material flow. Support FMEA, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions using 5 Why, RCA, and DMAIC. Work cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Automation to ensure stable pilot builds, smooth ramp-up, and consistent output. Project Management Lead strategic projects across Automation, CI, and Digitalization. Define project scope, charter, timelines, resources, and budgets. Coordinate cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and IT. Track milestones, risks, deliverables, and provide executive updates. Ensure projects meet intended performance outcomes and are delivered on time. Yêu Cầu Công Việc Education : Bachelors or Masters degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation, MechanicalElectrical Engineering, or related fields. Experience: 8 years in automation, manufacturing excellence, industrial engineering, continuous improvement and lean mindset, process engineering, or operational excellence. Strong background in precision manufacturing, optics, electronics, or manual assembly environments. Proven experience managing cross-functional projects from concept to execution. Competencies Project management excellence (PMP or equivalent is a plus). Strong leadership cross-functional collaboration. Strategic thinking with hands-on implementation. Data-driven decision making. Change management and CI culture building. Effective communication in English. Effective communication ownership.
